We are now looking for a communicative new employee to work in a major international company here in Prague, coordinating and carrying out recruitment activities for vacancies in the Netherlands&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In this role you will:&lt;br /&gt;
- Discuss new vacancies with hiring managers and agree minimum benchmarks for candidates&lt;br /&gt;
- Conduct telephone pre-screening and selection of candidates&lt;br /&gt;
- Coordinate further recruitment process, arranging face to face interviews, competency testing etc&lt;br /&gt;
- Manage job advertising and assist in other forms of sourcing candidates&lt;br /&gt;
- Record all recruitment process and constantly update tracking software&lt;br /&gt;
- Create and deliver recruitment documents, ensure offer letters and other associated documents have been received&lt;br /&gt;
- Provide reports on recruitment progress&lt;br /&gt;
 &lt;br /&gt;
We Require&lt;br /&gt;
- Ideally the candidate should have some previous recruitment experience but, people interested from other backgrounds are welcome to apply&lt;br /&gt;
- Must have the ability to clearly understand the requirements of various jobs&lt;br /&gt;
- Good English and Fluent Dutch language skills&lt;br /&gt;
- Good general IT skills&lt;br /&gt;
- Ability to communicate well and professionally&lt;br /&gt;
- Ability to work accurately and prioritise workloads effectively&lt;br /&gt;

Our client a consultancy offering international tax planning services is its expanding international operations and now requires Business Development Managers for their new London office. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and negotiation skills. Fluency in English is essential in addition to fluency in a local language according to the market selected. Currently focused on developing Spanish, Italian, Hungarian and Turkish areas.. The role will involve a considerable amount of travel. Experience in a consultancy environment or an international business services environment would be of significant advantage. A university degree in a business, economics or law related subject is essential.&lt;br /&gt;

Duties will include but not be limited to:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•      Develop an overall strategy for development, promotion and sales of international tax planning services&lt;br /&gt;

•      Review and manage the regional services set assigned for appropriateness of financials, market competitiveness, regulatory compliance, risk management as well as efficiency of operation delivery&lt;br /&gt;
•      Develop leads, actively target and follow up clients, identify and prioritize profitable business opportunities in liaison and with the support of the headquarter office &lt;br /&gt;
•      Achieve agreed income targets by developing new relationships and maximizing the potential of existing relationships&lt;br /&gt;
•      Manage all general issues surrounding the services set assigned&lt;br /&gt;
•      Perform other duties that are necessary for the execution of the work and liabilities of the Employer towards the cooperation partners and clients&lt;br /&gt;
•	Represent Company at meetings to promote services&lt;br /&gt;
•      Report directly to the Director&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
