The profile is structured around four functional blocks:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Pre-Sales Technical Account Manager is the technical support from sales team and participates in presentations of possible solutions in response to tenders. The field of intervention will be Italy and occasionally abroad. Upgradeable medium term abroad.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Account Management: The Technical Account Manager provides coaching, monitoring, and optimization of key accounts multi sectors of society.&lt;br /&gt;
Component Monitoring Relational 'ties and maintaining relationships with various players in the company (products, DG, Technical Sales Director) and monitors satisfaction.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
His cap &quot;project management&quot; led him to follow the deployment of solutions in new customers, ensure the training phase, ensure the collection of future needs, respond to technical issues (plotters, Billboard, ...) and support / advisor in the development of tools in a sense of satisfaction and loyalty.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Hardware: His/her double skill &quot;coach&quot; commercial and technical leads to interface with all the teams in the society and most specially with the sales team and support team.&lt;br /&gt;

- Development of offer: His close relationship with customers and privileged allows it to be closer to their needs and expectations and to participate actively in the extension of the marketing offer (integrating new functionality, usability optimization , new services, ...).&lt;br /&gt;

Around these four functional building blocks are articulated four practices and skills required:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Culture service / client confirmed: 2 / 6 years experience in customer-facing environments selling services / products connotation technological enterprise (the area of ad serving will not primarily intended). It has proven interpersonal skills (listening skills, good contact, a talent for making a speech, empathy, ...) that will optimize and ensure the sustainability of current collaborations.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Bilingual Technical Sales approach: The candidate combines background / technical appetite to meet the demands of customers or optimization techniques, including applications such as more advanced SQL queries, snippets of html javascript, and dynamic ... Commercial / marketing end of such 'Structuring training, the type good business school.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Quality of drafting, writing specifications, spec, &quot;guides users&quot; ...&lt;br /&gt;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously&lt;br /&gt;

- The international dimension: The candidate must possess a current level of English and ideally one other language.&lt;br /&gt;
