QUALIFICATIONS:

 High School or equivalent engineering
 Knowledge of methods Process Excellence (Lean, 6 sigma, SW2)
 Knowledge of medical sector
 Good ability to manage projects
 Able to work independently
 Rigorous, open minded
 Fluent in French and in English



KEY TASKS:

 Project Manager Continuous Improvement
 Ensuring the deployment of Process Excellence initiatives (ME2, LEAN, 6 SIGMA) using tools (Kanban, Pull, 5S, VSM, OEE, Lean accounting, escalation process)
 Transmit Culture Process Excellence in the BU
 Facilitate yards improvements (Kaizen)
 Search for technical solutions to reduce costs related to the process standards and maintenance
 Propose and monitor the implementation of new management methods of production
 Establish indicators necessary for monitoring the activity of Business Unit
 Participate in the selection of new equipment, the CDC definition (taking into account the concepts Lean) and their facilities
 Participate in new product launches, development of operating ranges, line balancing…
 Prepare reports for project tracking with calculation of earnings in collaboration with the Accounting
 Participate in Lean Assessment
