Qualifications:

- Fluent Portuguese, Spanish and English language skills (written, read and verbal) required
- Experience working in a help-desk environment and a general knowledge of IT related
subjects is highly desirable
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a
professional demeanor when handling complex user issues
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to work well under pressure
