The Role:

We are seeking articulate, highly motivated, detail-oriented people to join the Content Acquisition team. Based in the Mumbai office you will work directly with various global financial institutions in order to coordinate and test the installation of real-time pricing feeds, manage new feed implementations, as well as provide customer support for existing contributions.

In addition to the extensive contact with contributing clients, you will also work closely with Sales, Trading Systems, Electronic Trading, Programming/Network, & Data teams to ensure that the pricing is fast, reliable, and accessible across the Bloomberg platform. Excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, strong PC and technical aptitude, and a keen interest in the financial markets are essential.


Responsibilities:

- Maintaining and enhancing client relationships individually, and as part of a global team
- Managing internal/external queries and requests within a time-sensitive market
- Creating real-time feeds and troubleshooting technical issues
- Maintaining and enhancing existing databases to ensure data integrity
- Managing client queries regarding real-time data and feeds

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in the financial markets
- Previous experience in a client facing / customer service role and network knowledge
- Fluency in English, with one local language skill is a plus
- Excellent communication, customer service and account management skills
- Technical interest and aptitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team environment
- Keen interest in financial markets
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
- International experience preferred

Candidates having the above skill set but lacking relevant experience may be considered for temporary contract position.
