As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing current account relationships - including Global 1000 companies - on behalf of our portfolio of software companies. You are aggressive, a fantastic communicator, relentlessly positive and optimistic, and able to withstand the occasional angry customer. You are a natural sales person - you bring people into your worldview rather than being sucked into theirs. You have a likability factor, and you have no fear. In this role you will be given our most challenging and largest customer relationships. You may also be asked to manage teams of more junior Account Managers with responsibilities including hiring/firing, coaching/management, metric reporting, and process management.

Basic Qualifications:
Previous sales or customer relationship experience
Strong writing skills in English and Japanese
Positive and resilient mind set
OUTSTANDING communication skills in English and Japanese
Ability to work well in a fast paced environment with little supervision
Proven ability to set and adjust priorities based on activity
Ability to multi-task effectively
Strong relationship building skills
Proficient PC skills, including oDesk, Microsoft Office 2007 or higher and Google Docs
Salesforce experience a plus
Quiet work environment, high-speed internet, good headset and at least 2GB of RAM
Skype with video webcam
Preferred Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree
