The company is multimillion, global outsourcing giant. At the moment they are recruiting fluent Russian + Turkish speakers to support clients with their queries regarding smart phones. Full training will be provided.
Assistance with VISA provided.
The role:
• Provide technical support and customer service to customers on smart phones and other telecommunication devices, diagnose the issue and provide a path to resolving inquiries
• Complete follow on actions as appropriate and maintain contact with client to update on progress made
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service when helping a customer
• Ability to apply analytical and investigative skills to resolve customer issues
• Utilizes effective verbal and written communication skills in order to work effectively with customers, other department members and with all members of the company worldwide
• Maintain accurate records in customer database system
• Provides feedback on process and support improvements
• Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners in German and English language
Requirements:
• Fluent Turkish and Russian and English (all 3 languages necessary)
• Excellent communication skills, strong team spirit, passionate about customer care
• Active Listening
• Handling Difficult Calls
• Excellent computer skills
• Systems & Technology Use
• Technical Support experience would be an advantage
