CAT Tool specialist with German
Your tasks:
You will mainly be responsilbe for the CAT tool specialist advice to our employees around the world in first-and second-level support. This includes:
• Support for evaluation and implementation projects related to translation software
• Disappearance of everyday software and hardware problems of common IT tools both by telephone and on-site, in German and English,
• Internal advice on translation software and other IT applications,
• Consulting with respect to the integration of our systems to customers tools such as a CMS,
• Provide training.

As a leading language services provider, we always deliver the right quality services and products. Therefore we are looking for a dynamic professional experienced person who wants to bring in and develop his knowledge in language technology (such as SDL Trados, STAR Transit, Across).
• You have a degree in Computer Linguist or comparable and have already gained solid work experience preferably also in XML.
• You have very good knowledge of German and English and are accustomed to apply it every day.
• You are eager to learn, team player and work accurately, independently and autonomously.
• Time flexibility and reliability are your strengths as well as a strong service attitude and customer orientation.
• Your solutions are characterized by a healthy mix of creativity and pragmatism.
