Their pharmaceutical expertise in global brand marketing and medical focuses on relationship management of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the medical community.
Jobdescription :
The candidate will work in the Brussels office reporting to the responsible Director Software, contributing to specific tasks of the various EU project teams
- Prepare and lead client meetings related to KOL services
- Proactive follow-up of various project tasks, coordinate with internal service groups and report back to client
- Testing and Quality Assurance (QA) for client-implementation projects
- Support client trainings covering multiple products
- Documentation of client requirements and translate into product solutions
- Coach clients on use of software products
Candidate Profile :
- Excellent communicator in English, verbal and written
- Good German language skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Experience in communicating with external clients
- Experience in data processing and software applications
- Ability to own and manage tasks with tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills, result driven
- Keen perception of complex tasks
- Good knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables etc) and sound knowledge of other MS Office Applications
What client offers :
A full-time temporary to permanent contract within a dynamic international environment.
Specific software training will be provided.
Monthly salary + 75% transport allowance
